It is ultrasonically welded at the bottom, is 30% rPET (post-consumer) and is extremely lightweight.

The tapered or conical shape allows each unit to nest into one another during transportation whereas conventional cylinders/tubes cant nest into one another resulting in more space being utilised when shipping. The base and lid are thermoformed. The base is glued onto the bottom and the lid is supplied loose.

Clear lid & base cartons are made up of clear flat sheet material (PVC or PETG) which is then die-cut into the required size. The die-cut sheet is then folded and glued on each corner with a special adhesive. The base is made slightly smaller allowing the lid to cover the base
